Want to know how much your wastewater can be reduced, and what kind of residue will be left? Our free wastewater analysis will give you all the information you need before investing in wastewater treatment equipment. Send one gallon of your waste stream, along with SDS documentation of each waste stream you want evaluated.
Here's what the test consists of:
- Obtaining the net weight of each sample.
- Determining if pre-treatment (Oil/Water Separation, filtration, etc.) would be beneficial.
- Heating the sample at different temperatures to observe boiling reactions and potential odor.
- Determining if reducing to a slurry or dry residue is best.
- Obtaining the net weight of the final concentrate, and calculating the weight and volume reduction from the original sample.
- Photos and videos may be taken if there is something unique needs to be shared.
